STORE POLICIES

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
  • FABVOKAB does not accept returns on custom items.
  • All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds.
  • If an item is damaged or there is a quality issue, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@fabvokab.com
SHIPPING:
  • We ship all our orders via USPS First Class with the tracking option. All international orders ship via International First Class Mail.
    Processing time:
    • Our current processing time is 3-21 days.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. If Customs fees are not paid and your package is returned, your order cannot be refunded.

INCORRECT ADDRESS/RETURNED MAIL

  • Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back out.
  • Orders that are lost due to an incorrect address will not be replaced or refunded.
LOST PACKAGE?
  • If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen. We will not replace a product when tracking says "delivered."

  • We are open to custom work. If you have an idea that you would like to bring to life, please email us to info@fabvokab.com or leave a note during checkout.
