Refund policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any non-sale item for a full refund of store credit within 30 days from the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All items must be unworn, not damaged and with tags still attached. Please email info@fabvokab.com to request a return authorization. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a courier that will allow you to track your package. We are not responsible for lost packages. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Store credit will be issued within 1-3 days once package is received. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fabvokab.com.

LOST PACKAGE?
We ship via USPS First Class for all orders. If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
